Over the past few weeks, Wildeboer Bauteile GmbH has taken a close look at all its apprenticeships and processes. The reason for this: We have applied for the "TOP Training" label.
The seal is awarded by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for Ostfriesland and Papenburg to companies whose training processes clearly stand out from the rest. A comprehensive list of criteria was first completed and assessed in an interview with the IHK. This was followed by an IHK visit to the Weener plant, during which our apprentices and their trainers were interviewed about their training. The IHK's requirements for us as a training company were also reviewed. With a pleasing result: We offer TOP training and have been awarded the seal!
On 12 July, the seal was presented by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) at a ceremony attended by Managing Director Max-Martin Deinhard, Auditor Günter Geerdes and Timo Weise, Head of the Vocational Training and Specialists Department. The seal was accepted by Andreas Dirksen, Head of Human Resources, and his colleague Maik Swarberg. We are very proud and will continue to work on offering our apprentices a TOP training programme.
