For subsequent adjustment of the volume flow setpoint and convenient removal for cleaning purposes, we offer new installation options for the maintenance-free VRL1 volume flow limiter. For example, the product can be installed in the ventilation duct using a sliding sleeve with an inspection opening with cover for setpoint adjustment. The volume flow limiter can later be easily removed from this device to clean the duct. In addition, a pipe sleeve has been developed for mounting on plenum boxes for air diffusers. This means that the limiter remains accessible even when the ceiling system is completely closed, allowing it to be adjusted and cleaned.
The new animation for the VRL1 volume flow controller shows the use of this optional accessory, which significantly simplifies installation and operation.
