Wildeboer Bauteile GmbH is delighted that both the editors of Focus Business and the rating portal Kununu have recognised the company as a top employer.
Wildeboer once again receives kununu Top Company Seal 2025. Having already been recognised as a Top Company in 2021, 2022 and 2023, Wildeboer has once again received the kununu Top Company Award for an outstanding corporate culture this year. The employer seal recognises companies with a high level of employee satisfaction and is awarded exclusively on the basis of independent reviews on kununu. Around five per cent of all companies on kununu are recognised as a Top Company every year. Kununu CEO Nina Zimmermann says: ‘A strong signal to talented people who are looking for their ideal workplace.’ The employer rating platform kununu honours Wildeboer as a Top Company 2025. The award is based on independent employee reviews on the platform. Wildeboer is therefore one of the companies with the best working environment in Germany.
