The "Focus Business" rating is based on a comprehensive survey of employees throughout Germany. Aspects such as corporate culture, working atmosphere, salary and career opportunities are taken into account when determining the most attractive medium-sized employers. The outstanding results of the employee evaluations are a decisive factor in this recognition.
In addition, Wildeboer Bauteile GmbH currently has an impressive overall rating of four stars (out of a possible five) on the "Kununu" platform. This is well above the industry average of 3.3 stars. The high rating means that 'Kununu' has once again recognised the company as a top employer - for the umpteenth time.
