VR1-N volume flow controller for low pressures
VR1-N mechanical volume flow controllers are optimised for controlling low pressures and small volume flows. They are suitable for controlling supply air and extract air in round air ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems. They operate without external energy and keep the set volume flow constant independently with very high control accuracy. VR1-N volume flow controllers are maintenance-free and position-independent and have a hygiene certificate and an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).

Product details
VR1-N mechanical volume flow controllers are optimised for controlling low pressures and low volume flows. They are suitable for controlling supply air and extract air in air ducts of ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The round housing, with nominal sizes from DN80 to DN315, and the control mechanism are made of galvanised steel. The volumetric flow setpoint is set by means of an adjusting device with a rotary pointer, scale and lock. They operate without external energy and keep the set volumetric flow constant automatically and at variable pressures with a high control accuracy of ± 10 % of the set volumetric flow. Within a pressure range of 30 Pa and 600 Pa, a volume flow rate range of 30 m3/h and 2,300 m3/h can be realised. VR1-N volume flow controllers are maintenance-free and operate independently of position. The volumetric flow is adjusted manually with one hand or optionally by motor.
