For its sustainable building concept, Hamburg's OPERN PLAZA received DGNB pre-certification in gold even before construction began. A major contribution to this was made by the flexible ventilation concept. The extensive use of volume flow controllers here ensures a demand-oriented, efficient air supply and the sustainable use of the rental space.
A wide variety of air distribution and fire protection products from Wildeboer Bauteile GmbH are used here. These include electronic VRE1 and mechanical VR1 volume flow controllers, round and square fire dampers of type FR90 and FK90, as well as an FK90 fire damper for commercial kitchens.
