2. Order information in real time

Wildeboer Connect offers you transparency throughout the entire order process. All information, from order entry to production, dispatch and delivery, is available transparently and at a glance.

Using real-time order tracking in Wildeboer Connect, you the customer can access a detailed overview of the current status of your orders effortlessly.

 

Comprehensive order information

You can conveniently call up essential order information, such as the order receipt date, the order status, the expected delivery week and the dispatch date. This allows you to receive exact information on your orders at any time.

Using shipment tracking, you can obtain detailed, first-hand information on delivery. Wildeboer Connect allows you to call up the tracking link of the forwarder. If necessary, you can quickly obtain exact shipping information, e.g. on delivery to the construction site. 

By calling up the Wildeboer shipping number, you immediately have the necessary information to hand in case you would like to contact the forwarder directly concerning a delivery.

If you require order documents, such as order confirmations and delivery notes, relating to your orders, you can download them at any time.

 

Straightforward order search

Conveniently find a specific order in Wildeboer Connect using the following search parameters:

  • Order numberWildeboer order number, e.g. for the order confirmation.
  • Shipping address: Details of the street, house number, post code and town or city.
  • Order details: Your individual details when ordering, e.g. indication of your project or order number or a construction project.
  • Company: Name of the company to which the order is sent.
  • Contact: Notification details, e.g. the contact at the construction site for the delivery, general comprises a name and telephone number.

3. User and authorisation management

User and authorisation management facilitates the individual control of user authorisations for the users of a customer number using the user roles Basic, Advanced and Admin.

 

User roles and authorisations

User authorisations are linked to the user roles of a customer number. In order to make it possible to assign you a role, this linking of your user account with a Wildeboer customer number is required. Your authorisations for the user roles assigned to you are controlled with the customer number (more information on linking your user account to a customer number).

 

There are three different user roles:

  • Admin: If you are activated as an Admin user, you have all authorisations for your Wildeboer customer number in Wildeboer Connect. As Admin, you are responsible for user management for your colleagues. You can link further users to your customer number and control their authorisations individually using user roles.

  • Advanced: As an Advanced user, your authorisations can vary. The authorisations of the Advanced role can be adjusted by the Admin user. The Admin of your customer number can assign authorisations to your role so that you can view your orders with Wildeboer or view your customer-specific net prices, for example.

  • Basic: Basic users have default authorisations which apply universally for all registered users of Wildeboer Connect.

Authorisation management

Using authorisation management, you can assign roles to the users of your active customer number and adjust their authorisations. That way, you can make sure that only authorised persons have access to sensitive data, such as orders or customer-specific net prices.

You can control access to certain functions and information individually using predefined and adjustable roles. Adjustments to the authorisations of a role are applied for all users of the active customer number with this role.

Registration/activation process

You data security is our highest priority!

When registering your customer number for the first time, we check your registration personally. Therefore, registration can take a few hours. If there is an existing Admin for your customer number, he/she will be notified automatically of your registration with the customer number. He/she is responsible for activation and the assignment of authorisation.

Initial registration of a customer number

For initial registration of a customer number it is imperative that the user be activated by Wildeboer for this customer number.

If you are the first person in your company to register with your customer number, you will be assigned the role of "Admin" for the company automatically once registration has been checked and activated (more information on user roles and authorisations).

 

There is an existing Admin for your customer number?

As Admin, you assume responsibility for user and authorisation management and for activation of further users within the web application Wildeboer Connect.

The Admin of a customer number receives an automatically generated notification by e-mail as soon as further employees of the company register in Wildeboer Connect whilst specifying the same customer number. After registration, these users are assigned with the role "Basic" by default.

Do you have an existing user account?

In this case, you can simply add your customer numbers to your user profile afterwards. The Admin of your customer number can then activate you for them and assign authorisations to you.

Your user roles and authorisations

Different authorizations apply for your user account depending on the set, active customer number. You see the set, i.e. active customer number in the upper area below your user name.

Your authorisations are linked to the user role of your customer number. You can view your user roles, and thus the associated authorisations for the authorisations, in your user profile.

A user account can be linked to multiple customer numbers. If your user account has been activated for more than one customer number, you have the option of switching your active customer number.

Example: The user account of a Purchasing Manager has been activated for the customer number of the main site and a further subsidiary of the company. With the respective authorisation, he/she can view the orders of the respective subsidiary with Wildeboer.
