The control cabinet solution for the KS2 compact control unit offers the ideal opportunity to save time and money when planning and installing fire damper control units. A pre-wired and electrically tested control cabinet is supplied ex works.
With a total of eight versions, the most common KS2 combinations are currently combined in the control cabinet configurations. Depending on the configuration, a choice of 6, 12, 18 or 24 fire dampers can be connected. The control cabinet solutions are each available in 24V and 230V. It is also possible to connect smoke detectors or, for example, a ventilation system via the existing multifunctional parameterizable inputs, the digital inputs and the signal relay outputs.
Special protective covers enable simple and safe operation of the KS2 compact control unit on the module. The construction and electrical installation of the control cabinet is also uncomplicated and simple. Fire dampers, for example, can be connected quickly and easily using convenient push-in outlet terminals.
The design of the control cabinet also provides maximum relief in terms of conditions and installation. Protective covers enable easy operation of the KS2 compact control unit. On the outgoing side, the control cabinets are equipped with convenient push-in outgoing terminals, which make it easier for you to connect the fire dampers or other peripherals.
In order to offer maximum space savings, two different control cabinet sizes are available depending on the configuration:
- 600x400x200 mm (WxHxD): Connection of up to 6 fire dampers, multileaf dampers and smoke protection dampers
- 600x800x200 mm (WxHxD): Connection of 7-24 fire dampers, multileaf dampers and smoke dampers:
All control cabinets have protection class IP 66 and CE marking.
