KS2 compact controller from Wildeboer
The KS2 compact controller from Wildeboer automates the control of ventilation components such as fire dampers or fans in a very simple yet highly reliable way. It can be housed centrally in a control cabinet to save space. This is particularly advantageous in buildings with limited space.
Software and commissioning
With clear software interfaces, e.g. supported by automated assistance programs, the desired building configuration can be commissioned and implemented quickly and safely. This gives users maximum security in the areas of planning and operation as well as full cost transparency in all phases of the project!
The connected modules are identified automatically, which saves a lot of time. Functional tests of fire dampers can be safely scheduled, automated and documented, e.g. using calendar control.
Trigger groups and sequential controls
The connected components can be summarised in trigger groups, for example on the basis of a fire matrix, in order to carry out defined actions. Sequential controls for fire and smoke dampers or for fans can also be easily implemented.
The KS2 compact control unit can be seamlessly combined with the BS2 bus control unit to enable the smooth networking of different systems within a ventilation and air conditioning system.
Control of fire protection and ventilation components with the KS2 compact control unit
As part of the overall Wildeboer-Net system, the KS2 compact control unit supports the control and monitoring of fire protection and ventilation components in buildings. It offers a wide range of connection options, such as
- Fire dampers with spring return actuators or thermal-mechanical release device with 230 V AC bzw. 24 V AC/DC

- Smoke protection dampers with spring return actuator with 230 V AC bzw. 24 V AC/DC
